SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We offer FREE standard delivery within Australia on purchases over $100 and FREE standard international shipping on purchases over $400. We also offer paid domestic and international options; orders are delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. For shipping outside Australia, you may be required to sign to receive your item so please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hours. Shipping fees and the service provider will be shown upon checkout.

1. SHIPPING TIMES
We ship both within Australia and internationally and we always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of orders. Entering the correct delivery details at the time of ordering is crucial for a problem free delivery, but there may be times despite a courier’s best effort that the transit time (time between dispatch and arrival at delivery address) are delayed.
Our courier companies generally have the following transit times;
• Australia Standard: 2-8 business days depending on location*
• Australia Express: 1-4 business days depending on location*
• International Standard: 6-27 business days depending on location* (excludes customs if applicable)
• International Express: 3-14 business days depending on location* (excludes customs if applicable)
*All times mentioned are approximate and do not include processing times, please allow 2-5 business days to process as our boots are made to order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in the state of Western Australia and the states of relevant suppliers.
**During specific periods throughout the year (i.e. prior Mother’s Day or Christmas) these turnaround times may be slightly longer and we apologise in advance for any delay.
NOTE: All sheepskin boots shipped to the United States of America are shipped exclusively with international labels on the heel of the boot that may vary from those pictured due to trademark stipulations. Contact us at info@aussieuggies.com.au if you would like clarification of how this will affect a specified style.

2. IMPORT TAXES
Items sent outside of Australia, may be subjected to import taxes such as Custom, VAT, custom processing fees and courier release fees. Please ensure you are aware of any customs, import tax, duties and other charges which are applicable in your country. We cannot accept claims as such are not be responsible for these costs. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. If not sure, Please contact your local customs or postal authorities prior to your purchase.

3. UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES
Deliveries returned to us as unclaimed, refused or return to sender will be cancelled. It is in our sole discretion to instruct our delivery partners to return deliveries which are unclaimed/refused back to our premises in Perth, Australia. In the event that we deem it necessary to not have your delivery returned from overseas you will not be entitled to a refund. This often occurs due to delivery companies charging heavy rates to return parcels back to us. Inside Australia the postage payable to have it returned back to us will be passed on to the customer.
