RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At Aussie Uggies we seek 100% satisfaction from our customers. In the event that you find your purchase unsuitable, we are pleased to offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions;
• Purchase must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• The original sales receipt must be presented.
• Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all labels and product swing tags attached.
• Merchandise must be in new and unused condition.
• Refunds will be given only in the same form as the original payment.
• If the returned merchandise does not meet the criteria above, the refund will be declined and the products returned to you.

1. RETURNING AN ITEM
1.1 Fill in a manual Return Form or login for self-serve return and package it with your item(s) in the same condition it was received and if possible with all packaging. NOTE: Shipping return costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.
1.2 Address your package and mail it to the following address;

1.3 Once we receive your returned goods, we'll send you an email informing you they have arrived safely. Aussie Uggies will inspect all items within 2 business days to ensure they are undamaged.
1.4 For all customer refunds, Aussie Uggies will process as soon as possible, however, please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account to allow for bank processing.
NOTE: We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items.
2. EXCHANGING AN ITEM
2.1 We are happy to accept exchanges that are under the conditions outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy. Return your item following steps 1.1 to 1.4 for returning an item.
2.2 You will be required to place and pay for the new order through our website as normal.
2.3 Upon receiving your original order back to us, a full refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
NOTE: We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items.
3. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
All Aussie Uggies suppliers abide by a manufacturer’s warranty. This applies to footwear less than three months from the date of purchase and applies to defective materials and workmanship. If you find your purchase is carrying a manufacturing fault, we are pleased to offer you an exchange or refund under the following conditions;
• Purchases must be returned within three months from the date of purchase
• Claims which are past three months from the date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• The original sales receipt must be presented.
• If there is a major fault with your item, you are entitled to an exchange or refund at any time.
• Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty
4. WHAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Nobody likes fine print but we thought we would outline some common sense things that our warranty does not cover as per below;
• DOES NOT cover general wear and tear
• DOES NOT cover intentional or accidental damage
• DOES NOT cover use in terrains that shorten the lifespan or damage boots
• DOES NOT cover loose wool ‘fluff’. This is the nature of sheepskin, be assured this will subside with use and does not represent a sub-quality pair of boots
5. CHANGING/CANCELING ORDERS
Please email info@aussieuggies.com.au quoting your order reference number and changes required immediately after noticing an error on your order.
NOTE: Please check all details before your purchase to avoid any errors or unwanted orders, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation can be made to an order, before it being transferred to our delivery depot or dispatched.
Orders which cannot be cancelled;
• An order which has been processed and is being prepared for dispatch.
• An order has been dispatched. (Upon the arrival of your unwanted order, please refer to steps for returning/exchanging items)
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at any given time and for any reason, without the prior consent of the buyer, should we find this necessary.
